Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PageToVid (the “Service”) at pagetovid.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What PageToVid does

PageToVid generates marketing and explainer videos from a website URL you provide, using automated page analysis, scripting, cloud recording, AI voiceover and rendering. You are responsible for the URLs you submit and for having the right to feature that content.

3. Accounts & credits

Some features require an account. Videos are produced using credits; one credit renders one video. Credits and paid plans are billed via our payment processor (Stripe). Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a render has started.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to infringe intellectual property, capture content behind a login you are not authorized to access, generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful material, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Your content & output

You retain ownership of the source material you submit and of the videos you generate, subject to the rights of any third parties whose content appears. You grant PageToVid the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. to process the page and store and deliver your videos).

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageToVid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
